Josh is a serial entrepreneur and product leader with more than 20 years of experience building software for small businesses. He founded and scaled a customer communication platform from a single construction company into a business serving more than 10,000 paying SMBs, growing it to over $15 million in annual recurring revenue before its successful acquisition. Throughout his career, Josh has led product, sales, and go-to-market teams at companies including Salesforce, Intuit, and App Science, helping build AI, data, and SaaS products used by businesses around the world. His passion has always been helping small businesses compete and grow through practical technology.

Joel is a product leader with 15+ years building technology that helps small businesses run and grow. At Broadly, Chatmeter, and Reputation, he shipped products across the full spectrum of SMB operations: customer messaging and web chat, payments and invoicing, reputation management and online listings. At Intuit, he leads AI-powered security and compliance platforms built for scale. Growing up in a family-owned construction business, Joel understands firsthand the challenges small business owners face and is dedicated to building practical, AI-powered tools that help entrepreneurs compete, grow, and succeed.
